摘要：本次设计课题为：友谊公寓 BIM的虚拟建造，课题的主要任务是运用BIM技术进行友谊公寓工程建模、工程预算、工程进度、模型虚拟建造等工作任务。

本课题运用BIM的技术对友谊公寓工程的进度进行管理，并用此技术对友谊公寓的施工组织进行编制。在施工组织的设计中使用Project进度计划软件进行辅助设计，再结合BIM 5D虚拟建造技术进行施工模拟，对施工进度进行监督管理。在BIM 5D虚拟建造技术的影响下，工程施工环境和技术环境正在发生很大的变动，进度计划的地位和作用也发生了根本性的变化。 52647

Abstract: The design issue is graphic information BIM virtual building construction.The main task is to do building modeling, project budget, schedule control, BIM 5D by using BIM modeling graphic information technology.

The issue use BIM technology to manage the entire process, using BIM technology to do the building construction organization. Using construction organization design Project scheduling software to aid design,combined with BIM 5D virtual construction simulation technology for the supervision and management of construction schedule. In the influence of BIM 5D virtual construction technology, construction and technological environment is changing widely，the status and role of schedule control has also undergone a fundamental change.
