摘要:本人的毕业设计题目是是500t土建式冷库设计。首先为满足500t土建式冷库的要求,本人根据建筑工艺的要求和冷藏库的功能等确定了冷藏间的间数及平面尺寸和房子的高度。在建筑材料方面,通过查阅资料,领悟设计得冷库主要采用砖墙、钢筋混凝土梁、柱和板建成。在制冷方面,考虑到环保和经济问题,制冷剂采用氨制冷剂;由于氨泵供液相对稳定,所以此次设计也选定氨泵供液。库内冷分配设备采用冷风机。此次设计的冷库为食品猪肉的冻结与冷藏,所以本设计不考虑冷藏间和冻结间通风换气,但是地坪采用的是炉渣并装设通风管。 方案确定之后,本人将根据所学的知识,计算出冷库的冷负荷,并根据冷库的冷负荷选定制冷压缩机,以及冷风机、冷凝器、中间冷却器等各种设备。在完成选型后,进而进行管道的布置,机房的布置,设备保温等等。

Abstract:My graduation design topic is the 500t Civil Engineering Type Refrigerating House Design. First of all to meet the requirement of 500t civil engineering type refrigerator, I according to the requirement of the construction process and the function of the cold storage and so on.In the aspect of refrigeration, considering the environmental and economic problems, using ammonia refrigerants, due to the ammonia pump for liquid to stability, so this design also selected for liquid ammonia pump. The rolls cold distribution equipment adopts air cooler. The design of cold storage for food freezing and cold storage of pork, so this design does not consider a refrigeration and freezing room ventilated take a breath, but the floor USES is slag and installing ventilation tube.After determine the scheme, I will be according to the learned knowledge to calculate the cooling load of the refrigerator and according to the cooling load of cold storage refrigeration compressor, and the cooling fan, condenser, intercooler and other equipment. After complete the selection, then go to the pipe arrangement, the layout of the room, equipment insulation, etc.
