摘要:本论文设计课题为上海市某商务综合办公楼空调系统设计与技术经济分析。该办公楼坐落于上海,以亚热带季风气候为主,楼属中型办公建筑。楼层主要以办公室、会议室、休息室为主,分为地上10层,地下1层,建筑物总高33.2米。制冷机房设在地下室,一层以大厅为主,2F~10F以办公室为主,鉴于此楼的功能要求,全空气系统以办公室应为开敞式大开间设计,故在大空间的1F设置了全空气系统。风机盘管加新风是近几年办公建筑物常用的一种方式,它投资省,还可分区单独调节,对于普通办公室有较好使用价值,所以2F~10F以风机盘管加新风系统为主。设计还进行风系统设计计算,水系统设计计算,管道保温设计,消音与减震设计,设备选型,系统的对比与改进,最后绘制出清晰明确的工程图纸。 70589

Air conditioning system design and technical and economic analysis of a commercial office building in Shanghai
Abstract: The subject of this thesis is the air conditioning system design and technical and economic analysis of a commercial complex office building in Shanghai. The office building is located in Shanghai, mainly located in subtropical monsoon climate. It is a medium-sized office building. The main floor of the office, conference room, lounge, mainly pided into 10 floors on the ground, 1 floors underground, the total height of 33.2 meters. Refrigeration room in the basement, a layer of the main hall, 2F ~ 10F in the office, in view of the functional requirements of the entire air system should be open to the office of the design of large bays, so in the space of the 1F set the entire air system. Fan coil is a method commonly used in recent years in office buildings, it investment, can be inpidually adjusted for ordinary office partition, has good use value, so 2F ~ 10F with fan coil plus fresh air system based. The design also carries on the wind system design computation, the water system design calculation, the pipeline thermal insulation design, the silencing and the shock absorption design, the equipment selection, the system contrast and the improvement, finally draws the clear and definite engineering blueprint.
