摘 要：本设计主要是对淮安市秦汉华府小区11号楼的施工图预算以及工程量清单计算。其核心部分和首要工作是工程量的计算。施工图预算是设计阶段控制工程造价的重要环节，是控制施工图设计不突破设计概算的重要措施。施工图预算可作为建设单位招标的标底,也可以作为建筑施工企业投标时报价的参考,是施工企业安排调配施工力量、组织材料供应的依据。本设计是依据一套11层的框架剪力墙结构施工图纸，按照施工图预算编制的程序，以江苏2014定额说明为编制依据，而编制出来的一套工程预算书。70872

Abstract：The design of the main motor is And Washing District of Huaian City No.11 building to make working drawing estimate.the core part and the first job is the calculation of the amount of the project. construction drawing budget is an important link in the design stage to control engineering cost, is the control of the construction plan design does not break through the design of the important measures. the construction drawing budget can be used as construction units bidding bidding ,can also be used as a reference for the construction enterprises to bid for the quotation . It is the basis for the construction enterprise to arrange the construction strength and the material supply. The design is based on a set of 11 story frame shear wall structure construction drawings.according to the construction plan of the program, the Jiangsu 2014 quota for the preparation of the basis, and the preparation of a set of engineering budget.

1 设计选题说明
1.1 选题依据
施工预算是预算部根据企业下达的责任成本目标，详细编制施工组织设计，在不断优化施工技术方案和合理配置生产要素的基础上，根据本企业的施工消耗定额及类似工程项目的成本资料，通过人工、材料、机械消耗分析和制定节约措施之后，制定的现场目标成本，此外它是作为施工单位企业内部经济核算的依据，因此，施工预算编制是建筑工程项目成本的控制的最重要的依据与保证。
1.2 设计项目概况
秦汉华府小区11号楼为高层住宅楼，剪力墙结构，主体高度31.90m。本工程11层，框架剪力墙结构，11号楼总建筑面积5239.5 m2,建筑高度32.2m 设计使用年限为50年，防火设计耐火等级二级，建筑类别为三类，抗震烈度七级。本工程的屋面防水等级为二级，防水层使用年限为15年。本工程建筑设计标高 ±0.00同建筑,等于黄海高程7.800,本工程建筑定位详见总平面图,本院设计号20103390。文献综述 淮安市秦汉华府小区11号楼造价编制+CAD图纸:http://www.youerw.com/gongcheng/lunwen_80353.html
