摘 要：本投标报价书根据广联达2号办公楼土建工程编制，工程造价中工程量计算是编制施工图预算的重要环节。施工图预算是否正确，主要取决于分项工程或构件数量和预算定额计价，它们决定了分项工程或构件的直接费。因此，工程量计算是否正确，直接影响工程预算造价的准确。除此之外，工程量还是施工企业编制施工计划、施工方案、组织劳动力和供应材料、机械的重要依据。因而，正确计算工程量对工程建设各单位加强管理，正确确定工程造价具有重要的现实意义。通过对工程的工料分析，计算，从组织、技术、经济、合同与信息等方面挖掘潜力，有效地控制造价和科学的管理造价，确保工程质量，不断降低工程成本，保证每一阶段造价都控制在合理范围内，使工程用最低的成本取得更大的收益。70871
