设计总说明：珠海元兆家具有限公司的生产厂房，坐落在我国的最南端----珠海金湾区三灶镇金海岸大道1号，主要是木制家具的加工、存放，并提供线上交易，送货上门服务。该建筑占地面积为1104。84m²，建筑面积为4419。36 m²，建筑总共有四层，一楼层高6m，二楼、三楼、四楼层高都为4。8m，建筑消防总高度（室外地坪到达屋面面层的距离）为20。4m，抗震设防烈度为6度设防，整体为钢筋混凝土框架结构。71924
本设计设计依据主要有GB50016-2014《建筑设计防火规范》、GB50140-2005《建筑灭火器配置设计规范》、GB50015-2003《建筑给水排水设计规范》（2009修订版）、GB50084-2001《自动喷水灭火系统设计规范》（2005年版）、GB50261-2005《自动喷水灭火系统施工及验收规范》、GB50116-2013《火灾自动报警系统设计规范》、GB-50166-2007《火灾自动报警系统施工及验收规范》；此次设计的主要参考资料有《建筑防火设计》、《自动喷水灭火系统设计手册》、《建筑消防技术》、《建筑消防工程设计手册》等书目并且参阅了大量的期刊书籍，在图书馆中找寻了许多消防工程的设计资料。
本工程的消防设计以国家建筑防火设计规范和相关行业标准为依据，结合实际工程情况开展相关工作。通过科学合理的设计，达到提升建筑物的消防安全水平，保障建筑内人员安全的目的。具体设计内容包括：建筑耐火等级的确定、建筑总平面布置、防火分区的设计、消火栓给水系统设计、人员安全疏散设计、自动喷水灭火设计、自动报警系统设计、建筑防排烟系统设计和灭火器配置。
具体设计方案如下：
1、本厂房与周围的全部建筑物都保持着一定的防火间距，而且都满足规范的要求。并设置环形消防车道在建筑物的周围。
2、按照规定将本工程划分为4个水平防火分区处理。
3、根据不同的情况用单位建筑面积的疏散人数换算系数来计算该建筑的客流量，以期通过最简洁的方法来确定。以至于达到疏散宽度、安全疏散距离、必须的疏散时间都符合规范的要求。
4、本厂房内部的所有装修材料的燃烧性能等级全部符合《建筑内部装修设计防火规范》的要求。
5、本工程的消防给水水源采用市政给水管网和消防水池。室外消火栓的供水系统采用环状设计，在管网上按要求布置室外消火栓。
6、本建筑厂房采用了湿式自动喷水灭火系统，此系统的供水管道选择用环状。
7、本工程采用自然排烟。
8、本工业厂房的火灾自动报警系统，选用集中报警系统。系统设有手动报警按钮等。
