摘要要：随着工业科学技术迅猛进步，造房子能够像流水线一般，一批批一套套装配式建造。论文简要介绍了课题研究的背景、目的及意义，通过查阅大量文献资料，论述了装配式建筑的国内外技术管理研究现状及其特点，探究其在整个项目进行过程中的重要性，分析比较了国内外在政策机制、管理水平、安全意识、监督执法方面的差异，并对国内的建设项目安全管理情况进行分析，发现我国在安全管理方面存在的问题，需加以完善。结合上海南汇浦江花园项目，研究得出多层装配式建筑的安全管理技术，并提出了该工程项目安全建设的避灾措施。72171

Safety management technology for prefabricated construction

Abstract：With the rapid progress of industrial science and technology, the house can be like a pipeline in general, a batch of a set of sets of construction。 This paper briefly introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, discusses the status quo and characteristics of the domestic and foreign technical management research of the assembled buildings, and discusses its importance in the process of the whole project。 Domestic and foreign policy mechanisms, management level, safety awareness, supervision and enforcement of the differences, and the domestic construction project safety management analysis and found that China's security management problems, need to be improved。 Combined with the project of Nanjiang Pujiang Garden in Shanghai, the safety management technology of multi - storey building is obtained, and the disaster prevention measures of safety construction of the project are put forward。
