摘要本毕业设计为南京市仙林高校办公楼的建筑设计和结构设计。建筑设计完成了 1~8 层的平面设计，南立面和东立面的立面设计，以及主要出入口的剖面设计，并绘制了相应 的建筑施工图。结构设计完成了一层楼盖和屋盖的结构设计，一榀典型框架的结构设计， 一部主楼梯的结构设计，以及基础的结构设计，并绘制了相应的结构施工图。结构设计 中，楼盖双向板采用塑性绞线法计算，竖向荷载作用下框架内力采用分层法计算，水平地 震作用下框架内力采用 D 值法计算。本说明还对竖向恒荷载作用下框架弯矩手算值进行 了电算校核，统计并分析了手算误差。75295

Title   Architectural and Structural Design of an Office Building in Xianlin College Town of Nanjing

Abstract The graduation project is architectural and structural design of an office building in Xianlin college town of Nanjing。 Architectural design including graphic design of eight floors, facade design of the South and East, section design of the main entrance is completed in this paper, and the corresponding construction drawings are made。 Structural design of the first floor and the roof, one typical frame, the main staircase and the foundation is completed, and the corresponding construction drawings are made。 Among structural design, two-way slabs are calculated with plastic strand method, the internal force of frame under vertical load is calculated with layered method, and the internal force under horizontal earthquake is calculated with D value method。 Finally， the manual calculation results of the moment of frame under vertical dead load are checked by software PKPM, the data are collected and the errors of manual calculation are analyzed。
