六层办公大楼建筑与结构设计+CAD图纸+计算书

[摘要]本设计主要为昌海置业办公大楼，其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑底楼层高4.5m，标准层层高4.2m，共优尔层，建筑总面积5768m2 。建筑功能包括会议室、接待室、办公室、厕所、消防楼梯等。其建筑风格主要以简洁大方，经济实用为设计理念。10085
结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。楼盖梁的布置形式采用井字梁楼盖。

[Abstract]
This design mainly for chang hai real estate office buildings, including the architectural design and structural design of two parts. Building the ground floor height 4.5 m, the standard of 4.2 m high, a total of six layers, a total construction area of 5768 m2.
