[摘要]本设计主要设计中天高档商业写字楼，其中包括建筑设计和结构设计两部分。建筑层高4.2m，共优尔层，建筑总面积4475.2m2 。建筑功能包括会议室、办公室、厕所、楼梯、电梯等。其建筑风格主要结合高档写字楼和其实用性，建筑立面风格的基调以简洁、清新、富有现代感为主。在建筑的顶部设置一个突起的顶面，寓意着写字楼能够带给别人一种不停向前，勇攀高峰，积极向上的意境，能够办公的同事共同创造美好的未来。10177
结构形式采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，屋盖及楼盖采用现浇式结构。楼盖梁的布置形式采用十字梁楼盖。

Zhongtian High-grade Commercial Office Space Architectural And Structural Design
[Abstract]
This designer is mainly about zhongtian high-grade commercial office buildings, including the architectural design and structural design two parts. Floor height 4.2 m, a total of six stories, with a total construction area of 4475.2 m2. Architectural features include conference rooms, offices, toilets, stairs, elevators, etc. The main architectural style combined with high-grade office buildings and its usefulness, facade style tone is given priority to with the concise, pure and fresh, contemporary. At the top of the building set a raised top surface, the significance of office buildings to give someone a constantly forward, YongPanGaoFeng, positive artistic conception, office colleagues to create a better future.
Structure using cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure, roof and floor adopts the cast-in-place structure. Decorate a form to adopt cross slab floor of floor beam.
