摘 要：本次招标文件主要通过建筑部分来编制招投标文件。该工程为地下一层、地上9层的住宅楼。长53m ,宽15m，建筑主体高度26m，建筑面积795平方米。作为建设单位在招标过程中编制招标文件，主要内容包括：投标须知；合同条款；图纸；评标和定标办法；工程量清单以及必要的附件。其中工程量清单严格依据《江苏省工程量清单计价规则》中的计价办法，根据该工程施工图计算实物工程量。78682

Abstract: The bidding documents mainly through the construction of part of the preparation of bidding documents。 The project for the basement, ground 9 storey residential buildings。 53m long, 15m wide, the main building height of 26m, construction area of 795 square meters。 As the construction unit of the preparation of tender documents in the bidding process, the main contents include: tender notes; contract terms; drawings; evaluation and calibration methods; bill of quantities and the necessary accessories。 Among them, the engineering quantity list is strictly based on the valuation method of the engineering quantity list valuation rules in Jiangsu province。
