摘要：本设计项目为度假宾馆建筑给排水工程设计，位于云南省昆明市，是一幢五层休闲娱乐多功能酒店。总建筑面积约26158。5m2，建筑性质为酒店，为多层建筑，其中1#楼为酒店主体，包含大堂区域及餐饮会议；2#楼为健身娱乐区域；3#，4#，5#楼为客房部分。本次建筑给排水设计内容包括：生活给水系统，生活排水系统，雨水排水系统和消防系统。其中，客房部分给水系统采用分区供水，计算最高日生活用水量为652m3/d，地下室至地面2层由市政管网压力直接供水；3层及以上采用恒压变频变流量给水设备供水。本建筑排水系统除餐厅厨房废水单独排放，其余污废水合流排放，计算最高日总污水量即为534 m3/d。雨水系统采用重力排水系统，屋面雨水斗选用87型雨水斗。消防系统主要包括室内外消火栓给水系统和自动喷淋灭火系统。本设计同时设置雨水回用装置，回用雨水作为绿化浇灌用水。79584
