摘要南京淳天科技发展有限公司游艇实验区的小型工作码头是公司进行小型公务艇测速以及抛落式救生艇抛落等实验的工作场所，在此基础上公司方有意开发基地的工业旅游业。经实地考察，发现：基地内现状为测速实验用人工水池，两侧为小片果木林，池中为人工岛，虽可满足实验要求，但尚存在不少问题，譬如：场地利用散乱没有合理规划，缺少适当的交通组织以及空间关系；水工设施简陋低效，水面空间和与其衔接的陆上空间连接性弱，影响工作效率且没有特色，无法满足工业旅游要求，商业价值与景观价值较低；由此类问题引起本文作者的改造兴趣，通过双方协商达成合作协议，本文就以此案例为基础，运用景观规划的相关知识，根据淳天科技发展有限公司码头现状实际情况与未来规划，从小型工作码头实用功能与工业旅游发展的角度考虑，展开论述小型工作码头的合理化整改和工业旅游业项目开发工作的思路和建议。83922
