摘要:本毕业论文通过对姜堰区青年志愿者协会成长概况的研究。立足本地区经济文化发展的过程与现状,通过问卷调查、查阅文献和非正式访谈等方式,考察本区青年志愿者协会的建设过程,并借鉴国内外志愿者协会成长历程中的可取之处,在此基础上分析其成长过程中存在的问题、取得的成就及原因,探讨促进青年志愿者协会健康成长的对策。使姜堰区青年志愿者协会更好地组织和指导姜堰区的青年志愿服活动,为社会提供志愿服务,推动社会主义精神文明建设,促进社会主义市场经济体制的建立和完善,提高青年的整体素质,为社会经济的协调发展和全面进步作出贡献。实现逐步与国内发达城市甚至与国际接轨,并具备自身特色、适应本市经济发展水平的社会化、品牌化、专业化的青年志愿者协会。10904

Abstract:This article through to jiangyan area growth situation of youth volunteer association study. Based on regional economic and cultural development process and current situation, through the questionnaire survey, literature and informal interviews, review the building process of youth volunteer association, and volunteer association at home and abroad for reference, the process of the growth of redeeming feature, on the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the growth process, the achievements of and the reasons, explore the countermeasures to promote the healthy growth of young volunteers association. Make jiangyan district youth volunteers association to organize and guide the better jiangyan district youth volunteer service activities, volunteer service for the society, promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization, to promote the establishment and perfection of the socialist market economic system, improve the overall quality of youth, to contribute to the social economy coordinated development and comprehensive progress. Gradually and domestic developed cities and even the international community, and has its own characteristics and adapt to local economic development level of socialization, youth volunteer association of branding and specialization.
