农村女性劳动力就业问题调查分析

摘要：随着我国社会的快速发展，农业生产方式也在快速的转变，很多都是机械化操作，在农业生产过程中就不需要太多的劳动力。因此，农村就有很多剩余劳动力转移到城市进行务工，随着社会发展与思想转变，越来越多的农村女性也走出进家门，从事非农业工作。农村女性通过就业，不仅可以获得收入，同时可以提高自己的社会地位。但是，农村女性外出就业，相关问题也逐渐凸现出来。通过调查了解到农村女性就业的制约因素，对于这些制约因素提出了相应的对策和建议。比如：加大基础教育和职业技能培训、完善农民工失业保险制度、劳动力市场的健全、、改善法律法规、大力发展自主创业，推广互联网创业、推进城镇化建设，推动产业发展等建议。其中重点要推动发挥产业集聚区的发展，促进农村劳动力就近就地转移就业，同时要鼓励自主创业。84998
