摘 要随着经济和科技的快速发展，网购逐渐成为现代人生活中不可缺少的一部分。而对于电商来说，如何在这更新换代如此之快的行业中成为领军人物，取决于他们是否能够找到适合自身发展的经营模式。好的经营模式能够为企业带来独特的竞争优势，创造更多品牌价值。86236
本文首先分别介绍了天猫和京东的概况及其经营模式，继而分别阐述了其经营模式的优势。笔者通过文献研究法、对比研究法、案例研究法等，深入分析其经营过程中存在的问题，结合相关所学理论知识及模型，最后提出相应的建议及设计应对措施。希望对天猫和京东发展提供一些引导和帮助作用，促进电子商务发展得更快、更好。

Analysis on the Advantages and Disadvantages of Operational Patterns in Tmall and JD
Abstract With the rapid development of economy and technology,shopping online has gradually been an obbligato part of people’s life。However,when it comes to the e-sellers,how to become the leader in this upgrading business is decided by the situation if they can find the suitable operational patterns。A good operational pattern will bring special competitive advantages and create more brand values for business。
This paper introduces the operational patterns of Tmall and JD firstly,and then describe the advantages of their patterns。This paper, by using literature research, comparative studying and case studying, explosions the existing problems of their operational process,combined with relevant theoretical knowledge and model, putting forward suggestions and corresponding strategies。This paper is expected to provide some guidance and help to the development of Tmall and JD,so that the e-business will develop more rapidly and better。
