摘要海底捞“以人为本”的企业文化与员工低离职率是学术关注的焦点。本文对相关理论进行回顾,对海底捞员工进行深度访谈,并二手资料提炼出海底捞企业价值观的七个维度:双手改变命运、公平、信任、团结互助、孝顺、创新、学习发展。用SPSS软件对企业价值观七个维度与组织承诺三个维度进行相关性分析并得出结论,发现双手改变命运与情感承诺、持续承诺相关,公平与情感承诺和持续承诺相关,信任、团结互助、孝顺与情感承诺均具有相关性,创新与持续承诺相关,学习发展与规范承诺相关。提出七点建议:企业价值观要具有激励作用;增强对员工的信任;创造公平的工作环境;激发员工的创新意识;营造团队互助的工作氛围;促使员工学习、帮助员工成长;塑造符合我国文化理念的企业价值观。86421

Study on the relationship between the enterprise values and organizational commitment of Hai Di Lao

Abstract Hai Dilao’s “People-oriented” corporate culture and low staff turnover rate are the focuses of academic attention。 In this paper, the related theories are reviewed, I deeply interviewed with the staff at Hai Dilao, and extracted seven dimensions about corporate culture of Hai Dilao: using hands to change fate、fairness、trust、mutual assistance、filial piety、creativity、learning and development。 This paper uses SPSS software to study the correlation between seven dimensions of enterprise values and three dimensions of organizational commitment, finally I find there exists some groups of correlation between the two: “using hands to change fate” is related to affection and continuous commitment, fairness is related to affection and continuous commitment, trust、mutual assistance and filial piety are related to affection commitment,creativity is related to continuous commitment、learning and development is related to normative commitment。 Finally, I will share seven suggestions: Enterprise values should have incentive effects; Enhancing the trust of employees; Creating a fair working environment; Stimulating the innovation awareness of employees; Creating a mutual working environment for team work; Motivating employees to learn and helping them growing; Shaping the enterprise values that fit China’s moral standards。
