摘要目前随着城市化进程的加快，人们的生活水平有所提高，同时对服务业的需求也越来越大。像超市这种服务型企业在销售运营的同时往往忽略平面布置和物流经路的问题。通过调查我们可以发现现实的超市中存在着空间利用率低、人流量分配不合理、非物流因素欠缺考虑等问题。本文阐述了布置及经路分析的概念，并对实际的企业进行分析，找出企业存在的问题。利用系统布置设计（SLP）法对超市的物流与非物流因素进行分析，设计出一个企业的改善方案，实现超市的高空间利用率和各区域间合理的布局。通过对超市平面布局的优化，高效利用企业资源，节约不必要的空间浪费，提高企业服务质量，从而提高市场竞争力。86534

The arrangement and the analysis on the application of an enterprise
ABSTRACT Now with the speeding up of urbanization process, the people's living standards improved, also more and more demand for services。 Service-oriented businesses such as supermarkets in the sales operations at the same time, often ignore the road layout and logistics problems。 Through the investigation we can find that the reality of the supermarket there is a space utilization is low, the traffic distribution is not reasonable, the lack of considering the problems such as logistics factors。 This paper expounds the concept of arrangement and analysis of the road。 And analyzes the actual enterprise, find out the problems existing in the enterprise。 System arrangement design (SLP) method is used to analyze supermarket logistics and the logistics factors, design a improvement plan of the enterprise, realize the supermarket high space utilization, and a reasonable layout of each district。 Through the optimization of the supermarket layout, efficient utilization of enterprise resources, save unnecessary waste of space, improve the quality of enterprise service, so as to improve market competitiveness。
