摘要随着网络技术应用的不断发展和提升，一些新兴网络营销方式不断涌现，微信公众平台营销凭借微信的日益壮大受到了越来越多企业的青睐。本文集中选取中小企业微信公众平台作为研究对象，旨在以庞大中小企业团体微信平台运营过程中的现状、具体问题为研究视角，帮助庞大的企业家解决当下运营中出现的问题，增加效益。76553

笔者通过对文献的分析，认为当下中小企业对微信等社会化媒体态度不够明确，目前中小企业微信公众账号的发展还处于非健全的阶段，还有很多方面需要改进。目前存在的主要问题集中在几个方面：没有专业的运营人员、粉丝增速不理想、企业目标不明确等。针对以上问题，笔者通过实践调研法、经验总结法等多种研究方法，提出了相应对策，并建立了一套运营模型。

Abstract：With the development of network technology and upgrading, some of the internet marketing method continue to emerge。 The Wechat Public Platform has attracted more and more attention from more and more enterprises。 This article focuses on SMEs Wechat Public Platform selected as the research object。 The perspective is a large group of SMEs Wechat Public Platform operators during the current situation and the specific problems。 This article will help entrepreneurs solve the problems in the current operations and increase efficiency。

Through analysis of the literature, that the current SME attitude toward Wechat Public Platform and other social media is not clear enough。 Now the SMEs Wechat Public Platform is still in the stage of non-sound, there are many areas that need improvement。 The main problems are concentrated in a few areas: no professional operations staff, fans growth is not satisfactory, corporate goals are not clear and so on。 To solve the above problems, the author practices through a variety of research methods, experience summary method proposed countermeasures, and to establish a set of operating model。
