摘要：建筑业作为我国新型的支柱产业，同时也是一个事故多发的行业，受到人员素质，受教育程度，现场环境等因素影响，使得施工现场的安全隐患层出不穷,建筑施工现场安全生产形势严峻。
通过在南京环球贸易广场项目部实习，发现并记录了施工过程中的安全隐患，并以此为背景，并在调查我国建筑工程安全管理现状的基础上，从安全系统工程的研究观点出发，通过运用SCL、FTA、FMEA、PHA等分析方法对现场常见的五大类伤害事故（高处坠落、坍塌、物体打击、触电、机械伤害）以及其他常见事故的隐患进行分析，总结出事故隐患的特点，并根据分析结果，从制度管理与技术管理两个方面研究防治对策，得到一套行之有效的事故隐患防治体系。24746
