摘要：改革开放以来，我国在近三十年的时间里保持了经济和城市的高速发展，然而在高速发展的过程中也暴露出资源浪费、环境污染等一系列问题。如何实现城市可持续发展，实现自然、经济、社会综合效益的最优已经为越来越多的学者所关注。城市基础设施是城市赖以生存和发展的基础，是现代化城市管理的重点对象，研究城市基础设施可持续发展对中国城市的现代化发展有着重要的意义。
城市基础设施是一个复杂的系统，本论文先从城市基础设施和可持续发展不同两个方面进行简析，对城市基础设施系统有深入的了解。并以上海作为实证案例，以摆事实——说问题——讲需求——求经验——出对策的逻辑思文，进行案例分析。用大量的数据，解析上海基础设施现状和不足之处，通过需求和国内外经验，最后得出改善方案。9854

Sustainable development of urban infrastructure management research
Abstract：Ever since the government launched the Reform Opening-up policy, our country has been in a status of high-speed development in both economy and urban construction. Nevertheless, problems have been exposed during this process, such as resources wasting, environmental pollution and a range of issues. More and more scholars are attaching importance on the following two aspects: how to realize the city’s sustainable development based on how to optimize the natural. economic and integrated social benefits.
The urban infrastructure is a complex system. This thesis first analyzed from the city infrastructure and sustainable development two aspects, has a deep understanding of the city infrastructure system. Using Shanghai as an example，sort through facts---list problems---seeks experience---seek countermeasures logical thinking, do case analysis. Use large data analysis, Analytic the situation of present infrastructure and deficiencies in Shanghai, Through the requirements and the internal and overseas experience, and finally get the improved scheme.
