摘要建筑行业具有投资规模大、项目周期长、影响因素多等特点，工程项目在建造到完成的过程中面受到经济、政治和环境的多方面的风险影响，因此建筑企业必须重视对于风险的认识和管理。
当前我国建筑企业大多采用加强自身控制的方法实现对风险的管理，本文详细介绍了我国建筑企业广泛采用的风险预防与风险规避的风险管理模式，并详细介绍了风险规避中的风险分担管理、内部控制和质量控制等风险管理模式，并根据风险管理现状提出了基于第三方担保及风险转移的工程担保和工程保险模式，阐明了工程担保和工程保险对于我国建筑业发展的重要意义，并结合风险管理的相关知识，探讨了我国现阶段各种风险管理模式优缺点，提出了建立构建工程担保和工程保险制度的基本构想，旨在强化建筑企业的风险管理能力，使我国的建筑业在激烈的市场竞争中健康、顺利、稳步的发展下去。50625

Abstract Construction industry has the characteristics of huge investment, long project cycle, many influence factors and so on. Engineering project is influenced by many aspects of risks in the process of construction, such as economic, political and environmental impact, So construction enterprises must attach much importance to the understanding of risk and management.
Nowadays, to achieve the goal of risk management, one method most construction enterprise in our country adopted to realize the risk management is to strengthen self-control.This paper introduces some models of risk management in detail, including risk avoidance, Risk allocation, internal control and quality control, which are widely used in construction enterprises of our country. According to the situation of risk management, I propose the mode of engineering guarantee and engineering insurance based on the third party guarantee and risk transfer, and illustrate the great importance it brings to the development of construction industry. Based on the relevant knowledge of risk management, this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages of different risk management modes at the present stage in China, and proposes the basic idea of the establishment of engineering guarantee and engineering insurance system, aiming to strengthen construction enterprises’ ability of risk management, and to make our construction industry develop in a healthy, smooth and steady way.
