摘要大学生是国家的栋梁之才,通过数年大学专业学习后,将面临着毕业择业的决策。而在大学生毕业择业过程中多是要从自己的工作价值观出发,根据职业的种类、单位性质、报酬、社会声誉、发展前景等,进行就业做出决策。在择业决策中必定受到多企业类型、行业选择、工作地点、工作内容等因素影响。本文在阐述新生代工作价值观的相关理论概述,以南京理工大学应届毕业生工作价值观及对对毕业就业择业选择方面进行实证调查,通过调查结果对新生代大学生工作价值观的现状和就业选择的现状进行分析。论文重点从新生代大学生工作价值观与企业类型选择、行业选择的关系、工作地点选择的关系和工作内容选择四个层面的影响作出剖析。最后,对研究得出结论并针所述的影响因素给予对新生代大学生就业选择教育和企业的建议。19436

Title The new generation of college students work values influence on graduate employment decision
Abstract
College students are the pillars of the state, after several years of college through professional learning , will be faced with graduation career decisions. In the process of graduating college career is his work ethic and more starting from , depending on the type of occupation , nature of the unit , remuneration, social reputation , prospects , etc., for employment decisions. In the career decision-making factors certainly been more than business type , industry selection, place of work, job content. This paper describes the work of the values of the new generation of the theory outlined in Nanjing University graduates work values and employment on graduation career choice for empirical investigation , the findings of the current situation by the status of the new generation of college students work values and employment options were analysis . Articles focus from the new generation of college students work values and corporate type selection , industry relations selection , workplace relationships and job content selected choice to analyze the impact of the four levels . Finally , the study concluded that the needle and the factors to give advice to the new generation of college students choose education and employment business.
