摘要自从1999年高校扩招以来,我国大学毕业生人数逐年升高，供大于求现象越来越严重，大学生的就业问题也就日益突出,成了社会各界人士关注的焦点。目前，针对大学生就业问题的研究有很多，不过从社会网络角度出发的还相对较少。从社会网络视角分析大学生求职是一种新的研究方法，为解决大学生就业问题提供了新的途径。
目前，已经有许多人认为“社会网络对大学生求职具有重要影响”。国内外众多研究者已经做过大量相关研究。研究证实：社会网络对于人们的日常生活有重要影响。具体表现在“与人建立良好的人际关系”、“影响就业、职业升迁”等。本文运用社会网络的概念，分析大学生社会网络能力，总结大学生社会网络文护拓展途径，正确评估了社会网络对大学生求职结果的影响。
通过研究发现：一、大学生在对网络的文护主要有三种途径。包含情感倾述、社交休闲和信息获取；二、大学生对自身社会网络拓展的途径有:通过互联网、强关系、学习、社团活动、旅游、社会实践拓展等；三、社会网络与大学生就业与否的可能性和工作满意度显著正相关,社会资本越丰富,大学生找到工作越容易,对工作的满意度会越高。19435

Abstract
