摘要生产计划作为提高企业竞争力的重要活动之一，受到越来越多企业的重视。本文针对美最时公司存在的外部市场状态饱和、公司内部的计划预测不准确、用户需求个性化、产能负荷安排不均等问题，以滚动计划的基础理论为铺垫，通过了解美最时公司的实际产能情况，对以往的指标调研采集，应用滚动计划法对美最时公司进行新滚动计划的月产量计算、设备产能负荷研究以及生产线平衡调整，并对完善公司生产计划的控制提出建立订单中心、缩短产品提前期、合理配置产能资源等建议，同时本文还将实施滚动计划后的各项改善效果进行对比，实现了各项指标的优化，从而实现了美最时公司基于滚动计划的生产计划改造研究，为企业创造了实际价值。86737
