摘要：随着我国的国民经济的快速发展，人民的生活水平不断提高，为了满足人们的生活需求与要求，工程规模变得愈来愈庞大，设计方案也变得愈加新颖复杂，从而使得工程项目施工方案的制定和选取、施工进度的控制和安排、各参建方的协调与沟通都成为技术难点，为项目的施工管理带来了很大的困难。然而基于BIM技术的可视化应用，能够有效解决上述难点。
本论文通过查阅大量相关文献进行研究、总结归纳和案例分析的方法，在探讨BIM技术、建设施工管理和可视化技术的基础上，研究了如何基于BIM的可视化技术改善目前施工管理中存在的问题，对BIM可视化技术在建设工程施工管理中设计可视化、施工方案的设计与优化、施工进度控制、碰撞检测、真人比例三文模拟等应用进行理论的阐述与归纳总结。最后，根据实际案例阐述BIM可视化技术如何解决实际工程中施工管理存在的难点。21638

The Study of Construction Management Based On the visualization technology of Building Information Modeling
Abstract:As the rapid development of China's national economy, the level of people’s living is also increased. In order to meet the needs and requirements of people’s living standards, the scale of the project becomes bigger and bigger and the design of projevt is also being more and more innovative and complex, so that it’s more difficult for construction managers to constitute and choose construct plan, control and manage the construction schedule, coordinate and comunicate between the participants of project during the construction management. However the use of visualization technology of Building Information Modeling can effectively solve these difficulties.
This paper studies how to improve the construction management based on the visualization technology of Building Information Modeling, based on the reseach of BIM, construction management and visualization technology, through studying a number of related literatures, cases and summarizing the researches, intrudcts and summarizes the theory of how to use BIM visualization technology to visual design, design and optimization of construction scheme, control construction schedule, detect collision and carry out 3D in the management of construction. Finally, based on actual case describes how visualization technology of Building Information Modeling to solve practical engineering construction management difficulties exist.
