摘要：随着虹桥枢纽的建成，长三角地区的融合进一步加快，作为与长三角对接的西上海却并没有得到很好的发展，为此，上海市政府提出了大虹桥战略作为西上海地区经济社会发展的引擎，大虹桥会展综合体正是这一战略的重要组成部分。另一方面，会展业的发展呈现出多元素，多产业融合，跨区域，多空间的趋势，这一趋势使得原本简单的会展活动衍生出了住宿，餐饮，会议等多种需求。在这种情况下，作为会展活动载体的场馆也发生了新的变化，出现了以会展产业为核心，集会议，会展，餐饮，住宿，娱乐，休闲等服务为一体的综合性服务中心，即会展综合体。这一综合体是否有生存空间，能否满足上海会展业的需要，它的运营模式是什么等都是本文所要研究的内容。4652

The study of operational capability of the consolidated venues that located in Big Hongqiao
Abstract：With the completion of the Hongqiao hub，the speed of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta region become faster and faster, but the west area of shanghai, which closely links with the Yangtze River Delta region, did not get a very good development. So the Shanghai Government proposed large Hongqiao strategy as engine of the West regional economic and social development, the exhibition venues is part of the strategy. Besides, the development of exhibition industry show a multi-element, multi-industry integration, cross-regional, multi-space trend, which makes the original exhibition activities meet a variety of needs. In this case, the venue of the exhibition activities also changes. The venue that cover meeting, exhibition, catering, accommodation, entertainment, leisure and other services appears. The living space of the complex venue, whether it can meet the needs of the convention and exhibition industry in Shanghai and its mode of operation are the questions that what this paper going to study.
