摘要：安全生产监管信息化建设是国家确定的重要基础性建设，是保障相关企业进行安全生产和对安全生产进行有效监督的重要支撑体系。对于全面推进安全生产监管工作的科学化和现代化、提高行政管理能效、降低监管成本、创新监管模式、增强监管工作的透明度，具有特别重要的意义。但对其如何分类，如何分节点推进，如何更符合传统执法过程，更符合人机工程学原理，正在实现提高安全监管化水平，正是本课题要深入研究的内容结合数据网络信息平台建设企业的安全生产管理一体化的信化网络系统、应用系统和数据库系统等综合管理信息系统，则可提高安全生产监管工作的信息化水准和工作效率。22556
  本文主要介绍了结合网络信息化技术及安全监督管理制度和法律法规并依据行业分类标准研发监管系统，并对其相关功能及流程进行分析解读。

Production safety supervision and management information system
Abstract：Information construction is an important basic state for the construction, it’s important support system of safe production supervision. To promote the safe production supervision and scientific, and improve administrative efficiency, reduce the cost of management, innovation management, enhance the transparency of management, has the extremely vital significance.    But how to classify the nodes, how to promote, how more traditional law enforcement process, more in line with the principles of ergonomics are realized, raise the level of safety supervision, it is the comprehensive management of the subject in-depth research content with safety production management integrated enterprise data network information platform for the construction of the information network system, database and application system information system, can improve the supervision and management level and work efficiency of production safety.
  This paper mainly introduces the combination of network and information technology security supervision and management system and laws and regulations and supervision system based on industry classification standards development, and the analysis of correlation function and process.
