摘 要本研究首先通过文献分析法探讨了员工忠诚度的内涵、作用以及理论基础， 然后从组织因素、社会因素和个人因素三个方面分析员工忠诚度的影响因素，最 后在此基础上提出员工忠诚度的提升策略。此外，本研究还通过问卷调查法、实地考察法和案例分析法，以某电器营销公司 A 企业为例对员工忠诚度的影响因素 作具体分析，通过统计分析法对各因素现实作用的重要性进行研究，了解 A 企业 的员工忠诚度现状，最后针对 A 企业具体案例进行分析和提出改进措施，具有较 强的现实意义。77824

Factors affecting employee loyalty and promotion strategy -- Taking  A company as an  example

Abstract At first, this study explores the connotation of employee loyalty, function and theoretical basis through the literature analysis method。 And then, this study analyses the influence factors of employee loyalty from three aspects which are organizational factors, social factors and inpidual factors, put forward some strategies to promote employee loyalty。 This research analyses A company as an example using questionnaire survey, field investigation method and case analysis method to explore the influence factors of employee loyalty, study the status quo of staff loyalty of A company, finally analyses specific case and propose improvement  measures。 Therefore,  this  research  has strong  practical  significance。
