摘    要从1999年秦沈专线作为中国铁路高速化的起点，到2008年京津城际高铁拥有完全自主产权，2009 年武广高铁刷新世界铁路轮轨运行速度新纪录，再到我国2008年颁布与实施《中长期铁路网调整规划》，预计到2020年覆盖全国地域面积90%以上和人口63%以上的地区，这将全面改变全国交通运输格局。高速时代给中国旅游市场带来了机遇，全国高铁沿线城市以高铁为契机发展旅游业，所以这是本文研究的现实意义和时代背景。88464

本文研究拟通过分析海南西环高速铁路对沿线地区旅游业的影响，试图解决旅游业在建设高铁背景下应如何更好、更快地发展，如何提升高铁沿线城市的旅游发展水平等问题。

Abstract

As a starting point Chinese high-speed railway from 1999 to 2008 of Qinhuangdao Shenyang Railway, Beijing Tianjin intercity high-speed rail has a completely independent property rights in 2008 , Wuhan Guangzhou high-speed rail to refresh the record of the world rail speed in 2009, and then to China's 2008 promulgation and implementation of《long-term railway network planning adjustments》, is expected to 2020 nationwide coverage area of more than 90% more than 63% of the population and area, it will completely change the pattern of transport。 The high-speed era brings opportunities to Chinese tourism market, the city high-speed railway line to high-speed rail as an opportunity to the development of the tourism industry, so this is the practical significance and background 。
