摘要:企业人力资源培训作为企业人力资源开发的一项关键内容,是锻造企业活力的真正之本,也是企业可持续发展的重要战略。通过人力资源培训,企业才能有效的保证员工素质的一致性,员工与企业运作的协调性,才能保证企业内部稳定运行的各个环节的吻合。本文通过对H公司人力资源培训中存在的问题,如培训需求、培训内容、培训评估等进行研究,并在认真剖析产生相关问题原因的基础上,提出了转变企业培训观念,从战略高度重视培训工作;科学分析员工的培训需求,制定合理的培训计划等建设性的解决方案和对策。借此引起相关的国有企业能认识人力资源培训工作的价值和意义,更加重视企业的人力资源培训工作,从而建立更为完善的人力资源培训体系,更好地组织和进行企业的人力资源的培训工作,最终实现人力资本的快速增长。23364

Problems and solutions of human resources training in state-owned enterprises in the case of H company
