摘要近几年才被定义的新兴群体----新生代农民工群体，近来在社会上引发了越来越多、越严重的问题。本文通过文献资料法、案例分析法等多种方法，在总结前人调查研究的基础上，再次调查了新生代农民工的特点和工作价值观的部分价值取向。得出结论相比于老一辈的农民工，新生代农民工更加关注自我，消费量增加且方式多样化，文权意识强、文权行为主动但文权途径有限。最后在此基础上，建议招收农民工的企业和新生代农民工在形成雇佣和被雇佣关系之前要综合考虑多种因素，并且要切实签订相关的书面合同，以保护双方的权益。 30287

Title Research on the work values of the new generation of migrant workers
Abstract
In recent years, the newly defined group----the new generation of migrant workers, has caused more and more serious problems in society recently. Through literature, case analysis and other methods, based on the summarizing the previous investigation, we investigated the characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers and a part of work values. We concludes that compared to the older generation of migrant workers, the new generation of migrant workers paid more attention to self, increased consumption and perse consumption ways. They have a strong awareness of rights, and rights behaviors initiative but limited ways of rights maintenance. At least, we recommended the firm and the new generation of migrant workers to consider a number of factors and to effectively sign a related written contract before they determined employment and the employment relationship to protect the interests of both of them.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景和目的
“农民工”是改革开放以来，伴随着我国工业化、城镇化进程加快而形成的一个特殊群体。进入21世纪，伴随着我国经济社会结构调整转型，我国农村劳动力结构和就业结构发生了历史性的变化，而“新生代农民工”这一特殊群体的涌现则是这些变化中最突出的代名词[1] [2]。
新生代农民工就业时在外出动机、身份认知、发展规划、文权意识、职业选择等多个方面均显现出与老一代农民工的不同，由此引发了诸多问题[1]。其中，最突出的是新生代农民工工作价值观的问题，它是引发一系列其它问题的关键。近些年来，新生代农民工因工作价值观的差异而引发的职场冲突问题也越来越引发公众的关注。因为新生代农民工是一个新兴的特殊群体，国内国外对这一新兴特殊群体的研究均起步不久，而学术界对这一新兴特殊群体的认识也还未达成一致 [2]。因此这也是本文选择这一课题的创新之处。 新生代农民工的工作价值观问题研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_25928.html
