摘要随着社会的日益发展,人们对于生活质量的要求也在不断提高,以前可能更加注重有没有工作,而现在大多数人可能会考虑到工作是不是能让自己满意这个话题。本研究就是对“工作不满意”进行了研究,研究对象是保安人员。
本研究采用了访谈、问卷调查等多种方法,选取了南京市的105名保安作为研究对象,初步探讨了保安人员工作不满意的影响因素及行为后果。
研究结果表明,1.保安人员的工作不满意情况主要体现在“工资待遇方面”,“工作本身方面”和“主管方面”次之,这两个方面的不满意程度没有“工资待遇方面”明显;而“同事方面”不满意程度较低。2.退出行为与工作不满意为正向的显著相关关系。也就是就保安人员来说,工作不满意度越高,退出企业(离职)的可能性也就越大。3.建言行为与工作不满意为负向的显著相关关系。也就是就保安人员来说,工作不满意度越高,提出建议希望企业进行改善的可能性也就越小。24164
本研究具体关注到了保安人员工作不满意度的问题,并且提出了对策建议,为企业关注并且解决保安人员工作不满意情况提供了一定的依据。

Title The study of security personnel's job dissatisfaction
Abstract
With the development of society, people's quality of life requirements are also rising, and now most people might consider the job to make themselves happy or not with this topic. This study is about "work unsatisfactory", and the object of study was security personnel.
The study used a variety of methods, interviews, questionnaires, etc., selected 105 for the study of security personnel randomly in Nanjing, explore the job dissatisfaction factors and behavioral consequences of the security personnel
The results show that 1the job dissatisfaction of security personnel is mainly reflected in the "terms of wages ", and then is "aspects of the work itself " and "leader aspects", there is low level of job dissatisfaction about "colleague aspects". 2 Exit behaviors is a significant positive correlation with job dissatisfaction. It is said that is the higher the degree of job dissatisfaction means the possibility exits enterprises (leave) the greater for the security personnel. 3. Voice behavior is a significant negative correlation with job dissatisfaction. It is said that the higher the degree of job dissatisfaction, companies hope to make recommendations to improve the likelihood of the smaller for the security personnel.
The study concerns to the security personnel’s job dissatisfaction problems specifically, and provides the basis for the enterprise to pay close attention to and solve the job dissatisfaction of the security personnel.
