摘要：安全生产保护着企业和工作者的生命财产，也保护着国家经济又快又好的发展。一个国家的安全生产状况与该国的社会经济发展水平有着密切的联系。也因为我国近年来大量经济开发区和工业生产的迅速发展，导致了拥有大量企业的工业园区和开发区中频繁地发生安全生产事故，威胁到了工作者的生命健康，影响了工业经济发展的稳定，也为国家和企业造成了不少的损失。因此安全生产监管工作在工业区中变得尤为重要，安全监管工作的好坏将直接关系到经济能否持续、快速、健康地发展，关系到和谐社会的建立。
    本文以松江工业区为例，通过对工业区近几年的安全生产状况的分析和研究，探讨政府如何加强安全生产管理的对策。希望通过对策的实施可以减少和预防生产安全事故的发生，进一步改善工业区安全生产形势，更好地应对工业区经济发展中不断出现的安全生产新问题和新情况，营造松江工业区经济建设的安全环境。24185

Research on Industrial areas of production safety supervision
Abstract：Production safety protect the lives and property of businesses and workers , and also protect the  national economy a faster and better development.Production safety situation in the country and the level of social-economic development of the country is closely linked.In recent years, because of the rapid economic development , a large number of development zones and industrial production in our country has led to a large number of enterprises in industrial parks and development zones of production safety accidents occur frequently , a threat to the life and health of workers , affecting the stability of the industrial economic development , but there are also a lot of business losses have been caused.Production safety supervision is an important part of work safety , supervision and administration of production .
In this paper, Songjiang Industrial Zone , for example, through the Industrial District in recent years, production safety situation analysis and research study to explore how the government strengthen management of production safety countermeasures. Data referenced by the main industrial zone near 10 years of production safety accident cases , as well as some of the experiences and practices currently in production safety supervision and management . Based on the research proposed the establishment of a comprehensive community prevention and control system , strengthen safety supervision forces, intensify law ,to improve the cost of illegal enterprises , establish security training base , providing safety skills training for employees in enterprises.Government guide the enterprises to implement the safety responsibility and other measures.I hope that through the implementation of these measures can reduce and prevent the occurrence of safety accidents , and further improving the security situation in the industrial zone of production , better responding to the economic development of industrial zones in the production of new emerging safety problems and new situations,and create Songjiang Industrial economic construction a security environment.
