摘要当前“用工荒”、“留人难”已成为我国酒店业发展的难题，在服务业不断发展的大背 景下，优秀的员工无疑成为酒店最宝贵的资源。因此酒店在人力资源开发方面，非常重视高 校实习生的补充人力资源。但是，从目前情况来看，实习生的流失率也越来越大，给酒店业 带来了不小的管理压力。本文主要探讨酒店实习生职业发展及培育对策，结合国内外有关职 业发展与人才培养方面的理论研究，并通过 IC1000 酒店实习生的管理基本情况来研究酒店 实习生职业发展与培育方面存在的问题，分析问题原因，探讨 IC1000 酒店实习生职业发展 与培育方面的优化方案。89152

Abstract：Currently,the labor shortage and retaining difficulty have become the main problems of hotel industry development in China。Under the constant development of the service industry background, excellent staffs undoubtedly become the hotels' most valuable resource。 Therefore, the hotel human resources attach great importance of university interns to add human resources。 However, according to the current situation, the turnover rate of interns is increasing, which has brought much managerial pressure。 This paper mainly discusses the career development and cultivation of hotel interns, combining with domestic and foreign theoretical researches about career development and personnel training; and this paper studies the hotel internship career development and cultivation of the existing problems through the basic situation of management of IC1000 hotel internship, analyzes the causes of the problem, and explores the optimization program of the IC1000 hotel internship career development and cultivation。
