摘要随着经济的快速发展,零售业与世界全面接轨。在零售业迅速发展的今天,劳动力市场对于零售业方面的人员需求极大。对于整个零售行业,拥有足够庞大充实的员工团队才能使行业持续发展经营下去。然而,近年来,零售业的基层员工流失率不断增多,零售业的劳动关系处于略紧张的状态。为了更好地了解零售业当前的劳动关系现状,本毕业论文以广州超市便利店的员工为调查对象,以问卷调查的形式,针对广州超市便利店员工的劳动关系现状、劳动权益保护问题进行研究。调查显示,零售业存在工作时间长,工资待遇低,社会保险缺失严重,劳动争议多等问题。为了进一步改善零售行业的员工关系,减少零售业员工的流失率,构建和谐的劳动关系,笔者提出以下建议:落实《劳动法》等相关法律,加强执法力度、提高基层员工的文权意识、加强零售企业的社会责任感、建立零售业行业工会组织,加强工会的作用。5016

Abstract
With the rapid development of economy, the retail and fully integrate into the world. In the retail industry rapid development today, the Labour market would be a great demand for retail. For the retail industry, has a large enough to enrich staff team to make the industry sustainable development of business. However, in recent years, the rising number of grass-roots staff turnover in retail, retail labor relationship is in a state of a little nervous. In order to better understand the current status of labor relations retailing, this paper takes Guangzhou supermarket convenience store employees as investigation object, in the form of questionnaire survey, according to current situation of Guangzhou supermarket convenience store staff's labor relations, labor rights and interests protection problems for research. According to the survey, retailing exist long working hours, low wages, social insurance is lack, labor dispute more and so on. In order to further improve employee relations of retail industry, reduce staff turnover, retail building harmonious labor relations, the author put forward the following Suggestions: to carry out the "labor law" and other relevant laws, strengthen law enforcement, improve grassroots employees rights protection consciousness, strengthen the sense of social responsibility of the retail enterprise trade union organization, to set up the retail industry, strengthen the role of trade unions.
