摘要：伴随着中国经济在这几年间的飞速发展，国人在生活中也更加追求高品质，这其中就包括对日常饮食结构的调整，而海产品，以其极高的营养价值，低脂，低胆固醇，低热量，抗衰老等优势在众多食品中脱颖而出。因此海产品的运输也同样受到重视。大连市，作为辽宁省乃至中国著名的海产品生产地，凭借其作为沿海城市的优势，海产品品种丰富，但与此同时大连市的海产品因受冷链物流的制约根本无法满足目前国内的大量市场需求，导致大连海产品产业的发展受到了制约。故本文主要通过海产品的主要运输方式——冷链物流，并以我国海产品输出的主要城市之一——大连为例，通过对其现状、问题及原因的分析，分析海产品冷链物流在大连市发展情况，提出几点有助于大连市海产品冷链物流发展的可行性策略。25180

Dalian, as in liaoning province and even the famous seafood producer in China, with the advantages of it as a coastal city, the varieties of seafood is rich, but because of the restriction of the cold chain logistics in dalian seafood cannot meet the demand of the current domestic market, lead to the development of dalian seafood industry is restricted by the. Therefore, this article mainly through the main mode of transportation of seafood, cold chain logistics, and to our country seafood output of one of the main city - dalian, for example , analysis of seafood cold-chain logistics development in dalian city, puts forward some help to the feasibility of cold chain logistics development strategy of dalian seafood.
