摘 要 互联网互助是新兴的一种互助模式，目前已经有多家网络互助平台建立，到2017年为止，已有超过120家的互助平台。网络互助发展迅猛，在不到三年的时间里取得不错的成绩，为广大用户提供了价格低廉的保障服务，同时也在相互保险业创造出一种新的思路。但是随着发展愈渐壮大，问题也日益暴露出来，在经营模式和信用上存在风险问题，阻碍了行业的发展。本文从五个章节来分析网络互助平台的信用风险成因。第一部分，了解互助行业的发展背景，并阐述了研究的目的和意义，然后对相关的研究成果进行了回顾，在此基础上提出了本文的研究思路和研究方法。第二部分，明确网络互助的概念和发展的成因，此基础上分析网络互助平台的特点。第三部分，对网络互助发展现状进行了分析，明确了平台发展的障碍，最后提出完善风险控制制度是网络互助保障平台发展壮大的前提。第四部分围绕着网络互助平台信用风险控制展开研究，分析了网络互助平台信用风险的成因，随后在第五部分对于信用风险控制提出解决方法。90119
Abstract：Internet mutual aid is a new mode of mutual assistance, there are already a number of network mutual aid platform to establish, until 2017 so far, there are more than 120 mutual aid platform。 The rapid development of network mutual aid, in less than three years to achieve good results for the majority of users with low-cost security services, but also in the mutual insurance industry to create a new way of thinking。 But as the development grows more and more, the problem is increasingly exposed, there are risks in the business model and credit, hindering the development of the industry。 This paper analyzes the causes of the credit risk of the network mutual aid platform from five chapters。 The first part, to understand the background of the development of mutual aid industry, and elaborated the purpose and significance of the study, and then reviewed the relevant research results, on the basis of this paper put forward the research ideas and research methods。 The second part, clear the concept of network mutual aid and the causes of development, based on the analysis of the characteristics of network mutual aid platform。 The third part analyzes the current situation of network mutual aid development, clarifies the obstacles of platform development, and puts forward that perfecting the risk control system is the prerequisite for the development and expansion of the network mutual support platform。 The fourth part focuses on the credit risk control of the network mutual aid platform, analyzes the causes of the credit risk of the network mutual aid platform, and then puts forward the solution to the credit risk control in the fifth part。
