摘    要 2008年金融危机爆发之后，发达国家加快了“再工业化”进程，给我国民营制造业带来了巨大的冲击。浙江作为民营制造业大省，高科技产品依赖进口，甚至轻工业产品国际竞争力不强。浙江民营企业对外直接投资的大浪潮下，民营制造轻工业产品如何提高技术含量，增强国际竞争力。90404

论文通过国内外对外直接投资的理论分析，来具体分析浙江民营制造业对外直接投资的优劣势和路径。在理论分析的基础上，对浙江民营制造企业完成智能制造转型、并进行了对外直接投资拥有一定国际竞争力的企业进行实证调研，了解浙江民营制造业具体对外直接投资的模式和动机，并如何获得国际竞争力。实证的研究了浙江民营制造业对外直接投资对企业转型带来的影响，不同阶段企业转型的动力来源。理论分析浙江民营制造业集群特点带来的国际竞争优势，结合数据分析集群的发展现状和趋势。最后基于分析提出总结和建议，浙江民营制造业经过多年的发展、转型、对外直接投资的资本和技术累积，整体发展水平已经非常接近国际先进水平，但在高端产品的制造和技术要求上与发达国家依然存在差距。劳动力成本的增加和智能制造的推进，浙江民营制造业应该紧跟发展步伐，将劳动密集产业转移到新兴工业国家，核心制造业加快机器换人进程，提高生产质量和效率。通过对外直接投资获取技术来源的同时，利用集群特性，通过政府的协调技术和信息共享，增强内部整体的技术水平和创新能力。
