摘要
随着经济的发展，健身已经成为人们生活中的一部分，人们生活质量的不断改善和提高，让人们更加重视自己的身体健康和身体形态，所以健身已经成为一种热潮。但是毕竟健身俱乐部才刚刚诞生不久，也不符合中国国情，有许多不完善的管理机制。因此，加强健身俱乐部管理机制对于开展我国健身俱乐部的锻炼有着非常重要的作用。本研究以舒适堡天工艺苑健身俱乐部为研究对象，通过对会员管理机制、散客管理机制，以及私人教练管理机制这几方面进行研究，并且采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法进行分析。得出结论：俱乐部不管私人教练还是消费者都是男性大于女性，年龄一般都是20至30岁，消费者一般以上班族为主，但舒适堡天工艺苑健身俱乐部管理机制还不够完善健全，私人教练与消费者对于俱乐部运行机制的管理也不是很满意。因此，针对这个问题提出了相应的建议。85349

Abstract
With the development of economy, fitness has become a part of people's lives, people's life quality and the improvement of let people pay more attention to their own health and body shape, so the fitness has become a craze。 But after all, fitness club has just been born soon, it is not in line with China's national conditions, there are many imperfect management mechanism。 Therefore, it is very important to strengthen the management mechanism of the health club to carry out the exercise of our health club。 In this study, the art physical fitness club as the research object, through the membership management mechanism, inpidual management mechanism, research on these aspects and personal trainer management mechanism, and using the method of literature, questionnaire, interviews and other research methods to analyze。 Conclusion: the club regardless of personal trainer or consumers are male more than female, the age is generally 20 to 30 years, consumers in general office workers, but the art physical fitness club management mechanism is not perfect, personal trainer and consumers on the operation mechanism of the management in the club is not satisfied。 Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to solve this problem。
