摘 要 ：改革开放30年以来，由于我国各种房地产政策的提出与不断的调整，我国房地产行业经历了起步—逐步兴盛—腾飞—稳健发展这几个阶段。作为国民经济中的支柱性行业，房地产开发行业饱受了社会各方的质疑与不满，通过自身的创新与不断的发展，才走到了今天这个位置。想要在竞争日益激烈的房地产行业中降低风险、取得先机，就必须在房地产项目开发前就进行房地产项目的营销与策划。本文通过对润发中央花园的市场调查，产品定位等方面进行了全面的分析和研究，借鉴该领域的相关理论，结合市场分析等手段，对该项目进行了营销策划方案的研究。91420
