摘要我国是一个包含了很多少数民族的国家，所以每个地方都带有独特的文化内涵。各个民族之间乃至每个人都面临着社会变化带来的文化冲击和文化失调。在我国，汉族文化作为中华民族主流文化的主要组成部分，始终影响着其他少数民族的文化。支持帮助少数民族地区培养更多的建设人才，国家历来注重教育事业的发展，尤其是对少数民族的教育事业的关注，给出了很多的扶持少数民族学生教育尤其是少数民族大学生教育事业的发展的政策。本文以在内地就读的藏族大学生群体为研究对象，以自然环境，日常生活、语言、学习、人际交往、心理等为切入点，通过自编调查问卷的方式从不同纬度分析藏族大学生在异地的文化适应特征以及存在的问题，所带来的文化差异对藏族大学生的影响从而探讨影响藏族大学生适应的因素。研究藏族大学生的文化适应是对现实生活的一种学习体验以及对于培养 管理少数民族大学生的学习生活具有很多现实意义。27150

Abstract
Our country is a multi-ethnic country, contains every place each unique cultural connotation of ethnic minorities. Between each nation even everybody faced social changes brought by the culture shock and cultural imbalance. In our country, the nationality culture as an important part of the mainstream culture of the Chinese nation, always affects the culture of other ethnic groups. Support for the construction of the minority areas to cultivate more talents, countries have traditionally focused on the development of education, especially to the attention of ethnic minority education career, gives the support of many ethnic minority students' education, especially the policy of the development of ethnic minority college students' education. Based on studying in the mainland of the Tibetan college students as the research object, with the natural environment, daily life, language, learning, interpersonal communication, psychology and so on as the breakthrough point, through the way of questionnaire analysis of Tibetan college students from different latitude in different culture to adapt to the characteristics and existing problems, the impact of cultural differences on Tibetan college students so as to explore the influencing factors of Tibetan college students to adapt to. Research on Tibetan college students' cultural adaptation is a learning experience for real life and the study life of minority college students to cultivate management has practical significance.

1 引言
1.1 研究背景
在中国少数民族学生的教育是高等教育的重要内容。建国以来国家一直很重视少数民族学生的教育发展，不仅仅是民族院校，普通高校 大学甚至在内地专门设立少数民族西藏班，新疆班等开始也为少数民族教育已经做出很大的贡献。随着这种高等教育的大众化，越来越多的西藏、新疆为主的学生有机会进入内地大学学习。经过了很长一段时间，中国少数民族大学生人数逐渐呈现上升的趋向。到1998年，全国各级各类普通学校中少数民族在校生高达1854万人，跟以往相比增长了许多倍。改革开放后，在中央国务院的关怀下，少数民族地区的人才培养工作取得了令人瞩目的成就。培养少数民族人才的教育事业大部分都得到了长足的发展。国家有关部门专门采取了一系列措施，通过各种不同的渠道来培养人才。少数民族大学生与普通汉族高校大学生由于生长环境的差异，再加上少数民族的文化背景，文化历史等各方面的差别，导致他们形成不同的生活方式和思文方式等。正是在上述背景之下，本文选取高校藏族大学生会作为研究对象，分析其在当前与汉族为主体的学生一起学习生活的背景之下出现的一些文化适应问题。例如学习适应和生活适应以及就业适应等。 少数民族的文化适应研究以藏族大学生为例:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_21558.html
