贫困大学生勤工俭学的现状问题及优化路径研究

摘要勤工助学作为国家和政府建设人才强国的重要举措，受到高校和相关社会部门的高度重视。随着我国经济迅速发展、高校教育成本逐年增加，高校贫困生人数不断增长，完善我国贫困大学生勤工助学制度势在必行。研究者不应当仅仅研究这种制度本身对于社会的利与弊，更应该从贫困大学生本身需求去健全勤工助学制度。社会工作者应该帮助扩展贫困大学生的资源链，协助建立健全有效的贫困生评选和评估体系、高校各部门联动开设有针对性的勤工助学岗位、高校心理咨询室关注贫困生心理健康、制定符合当地消费水平的勤工助学补贴标准等优化勤工助学制度，帮助贫困大学生将国家投资在自己身上的教育成本有效地转化为对国家的社会价值。27151

Title Current situation ，problems and optimization route of impoverished college students ‘ work-study program –A case study of University
Abstract
Work-study as a country and Government-building talents, an important measure to prevent
brain drain should be highly regarded by the universities and relevant sectors of society.
However, as China’s rapid economic development , higher education cost increased, the number of impoverished University students is growing.The problems of poor college students work-study system are hard,and perfection of the present poor college students work-study system is imperative. In the process of perfecting, the researcher should not only study the pros and cons of this system itself in social, but also should study from the impoverished college students ‘ own needs to perfect the work-study system. Social workers in poverty of poor students work-study should help extended poverty for students of resources chain, through helping to establish sound and effective system of selection and assessment, joint heads of the University module targeted and practical work-study positions,establish a consulting room for poor students a special Division to focus on poor students mental health, and develop in line with the level of real consumption standards by means of optimal work-study work-study subsidies system,and help needy students will state investment in their education cost effectively create, into the country’s social values.

1 绪论
1.1 研究背景
随着21世纪科教兴国战略的实施，高校教育已经成为和政府高度重视的问题，建立人才强国的目标也被多次提上中央议程。但是，近些年来，高等教育已经步入了高速发展的时期，带动着高校规模的不断扩大，高校学费也在逐年增长，这一现象导致了一部分学生由于家庭的经济困难等原因放弃上大学或者中途辍学。为了避免人才的流失，和国家高度重视高校的贫困生资助政策，2007年出台《建立健全普通高校和中职学校学生资助体系》,形成了“奖、助、补、减、免”多管齐下的一体化的贫困生助学体制[ ]。贫困大学生勤工俭学的现状问题及优化路径研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_21560.html
