摘要：民宿旅游是乡村旅游的高级发展模式。舟山旅游资源丰富，交通日益完善，政府政策大力支持，为民宿旅游发展带来了机遇，主题渔农村民宿旅游初具雏形，海洋文化与民宿旅游初步融合，渔业旅游与民宿旅游也实现初步对接。但舟山民宿旅游还存在民宿基础设施不健全、民宿旅游产品档次不高、从业人员专业素质不高、宣传推广手段单一滞后、依存环境具有恶化趋势的问题。通过科学合理规划民宿旅游发展、着力提升产品档次、提高从业人员素质、严格规范经营管理、丰富营销手段、加强海岛生态环境保护的途径，有利于促进舟山民宿旅游更好更快发展。

A Study  on the  Development  of Zhoushan  homestay tourism

Abstract：Homestay tourism is an advanced model in the development of rural tourism. With rich tourism resources, improved transportation and better policy support, Zhoushan City is now breeding a great development opportunity for its homestay tourism. Theme tours featuring fishing and rural life have begun to take shape. With the initial integration of marine culture into the tourism industry, leisure fishery tourism and homestay tourism have started to  go hand in hand towards a new phase of development. However, the homestay tourism in Zhoushan are facing a variety of problems, such as the fragile infrastructure, the low quality of tourism products, the inadequately informed employees, the lack of means of promotion and the deteriorating environment etc. To settle those problems,  this  paper  has proposed some suggestions, plans and measures for the sake of the further development of homestay tourism in Zhoushan City. Suggestions have been specified as scientific and rational planning of the tourism development, enhanced protection of the ecological system and the environment, stricter regulations of management, ways for improving both the quality of products  and employees,   varied  means  for promotion  or advertisement  and so on.
