摘要:随着经济的发展,大部分企业逐渐提高生产线的效率,这就使得企业具有快 速反应市场的能力。本文以奥音公司扬声器生产线为例,对流水线生产的平衡做 了一些研究。通过前期的公司实习与调研,分析该生产线存在的问题,交货期内 不能及时完成产品,流水线的平衡全凭管理者以往的经验,往往导致流水线均衡 性差,带来间断性的生产。根据已发现的问题采用启发式平衡法对流水线的各个 工序重新排布,组合新的工位,使得流水线的各工序间节拍相近,减少工作时间, 提高产能。对于间断流水线的生产线,标准的制定流动在制品占用量与绘制工作 指示图表,确保流水线有序进行。

Research on Balance of Acer 's Speakers Production Line
Abstract:With the development of the economy, most enterprises gradually improve the efficiency of the production line, which makes the enterprise has the ability to respond quickly to the market. In this paper, for example,we do some research about the production line of Acer’s Speakers. Through the early company internship and research, analysis of the production line of the problem, the delivery period can not be completed in time products, the balance of the pipeline depends on the experience of managers in the past, often lead to poor balance of the pipeline, resulting in intermittent production. According to the discovered problems, the heuristic balance method is used to re-arrange the various processes of the assembly line, and the new station is combined to make the running of the pipeline between the processes, reduce the working time and improve the production capacity. For the production line of intermittent lines, the standard development of the flow of goods in the amount of work and draw instructions to ensure that the pipeline orderly.
