应用型本科院校创业教育理念创新及其实现途径研究

摘要:改革开放以来，我国社会经济高速发展，创业教育为了适应社会发展需求，改变了原有的教育模式，形成了全新的教育理念，并逐渐成为当代教育特别是高等教育的主要内容。首先，运用文献法和归纳法全面解读了应用型本科院校创业教育的基本概念；其次，全面分析了我国应用型本科院校创业教育的发展历程及当前发展现状中存在的问题；最后，从增强创业教育师资队伍建设、健全创业教育课程体系、提高学生的主动性及创造性、创建良性互动的教育系统，形成政府、高校、企业和社会“四位一体”的创业教育平台四个方面提出了建议其实现途径研究。

Research on the Innovation of Entrepreneurship Education Idea and Its Realization Ways in Application - oriented Universities

Abstract:Since the reform and opening up, China's rapid social-economic development, entrepreneurship education in order to meet the needs of social development, changed the original education model, formed a new educational philosophy, and gradually become the main content of contemporary education, especially higher education. First of all, the author uses the literature method and the induction method to comprehensively interpret the basic concept of the entrepreneurial education in the applied undergraduate colleges. Secondly, it analyzes the development course and the existing problems in the current development of the applied undergraduate colleges in China, Finally, from the strengthening of entrepreneurship education teachers, improve the entrepreneurial education curriculum system to improve students' initiative and creativity, to create a healthy interactive education system, the formation of government, universities, enterprises and society "four in one" of the four educational platform Aspects of the proposed approach to its implementation.

0引言

创业教育是二十世纪七十年代后期在西方发达国家出现的一种全新的教育理念，其根本目的是培养具有开拓精神、创业意识和创业能力的创新型个性的人才。随着改革开放以来我国社会主义市场经济的建立，中国社会经济结构发生了巨大改变，高校改革也随之进行，大学生开始走上自主择业的道路。随着高等教育的发展，大学生就业形势越来越严峻，而对大学生进行创业教育、鼓励大学生创业是提高大学生素质，解决大学生就业问题的一个有效手段。创业教育是培养人进行商业创业能力的教育，包括激发人的创业热情，敢于冒险顽强进取精神，对人进行企业、商业、组织等创业相关知识培训，并通过实践活动强化创业知识和创新能力的教育。创业教育属于素质教育，其根本出发点是让人适应现代商业社会。创业教育与就业教育和就业指导不同，创业教育以培养具有主体意识能够适应现代经济社会发展，具有创业能力的人才为目的，不是简单的以解决学生就业为目标。应用型本科院校创业教育理念创新及其实现途径研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_204244.html
