摘要：本文的研究主题是社区工作者队伍的专业化研究，要解决的问题是社区工作者队伍发展过程中存在的问题和原因，并提出相关的建议，这样才能迎合当代社区的发展需求，使得社区工作者队伍能满足社区居民的不同需求，更好更快的发展。
本文认为随着我国经济的发展和社会的建设，传统社区工作者队伍中个别工作者的传统工作理念和工作方法、方式应需要与时俱进地创新。为了迎合现代社区的发展需求，更好地为社区居民服务，建设和培养一支素质优秀、结构合理、服务高效的专业化社区工作者队伍是十分迫切和必要的。这支队伍不仅要包括居委会干部，还应包括专业的社区社会工作者和社区志愿者。
当代的社区工作者队伍虽然发展较快，但由于一些历史原因，依然存在许多问题，影响和制约社区的发展以及和谐社区的建设。这些问题主要表现在：社区工作者的服务难以满足人们日益增长的各种需求，社区居委会干部中的小部分工作者的传统工作理念、方法以及方式需要与时俱进地创新和改进，社区专业社会工作者基础薄弱等。这些问题的存在，严重影响到社区工作者队伍的发展。本文旨在通过分析发现社区工作者队伍存在的问题以及产生的原因，并以此提出相关的建议和措施。
本文的分析是以一个具体的社区为依托，在收集该社区工作者队伍的相关情况的基础上，通过对社区志愿者队伍的现状进行分析，从而发现问题，分析问题，并提出解决问题的措施，对社区志愿者队伍进行全面的剖析和描述。5280

The specialized studies of the team of community workers
Abstract: The research of this article is about the specialized studies of the team of community workers, the purpose of this article is to solve the problem for finding out existing problems and the reasons of the team of community workers, and put forward some relevant proposals to solve these problems, so as to meet the requirements of the contemporary community, making it possible to meet the different needs of the community residents and to grow better and faster.  
With the development of the economy and the construction of the society of our country, the traditional working idea and working methods or means of several traditional communities’ neighborhood committee workers need to innovate to keep pace with times. In order to meet the requirements of the contemporary community and to make better service for community residents, building and developing a team of high quality, rational construction and efficient service community workers is very necessary. This team includes not only neighborhood committee workers, but also the professional community social workers and volunteers who contribute to the community.  
The team of community workers has developed rapidly nowadays, but due to some historical reasons, there are still many problems that hamper the development of our community and the construction of the harmonious community. These problems are: the community services unable to meet the ever-increasing needs of people, the traditional working idea and working methods or means of several traditional communities’ neighborhood committee workers need to innovate and improve to keep pace with times, the instability of the professional community social workers. The existence of these problems affected the community workers’ development. This thesis aims to analysis and find out the community workers’ existing problems and reasons, gives some relevant proposals to solve these problems.      
In this thesis, the analysis relies on a specific community and the collections of the team of community workers’ related date.
