摘要：基于实地调查的湖北省恩施州建始县长梁乡的生育意愿及生育行为的调查数据，采用文献研究、问卷调查、对比分析法，评估“全面二孩”政策在少数民族地区实施后的效果。研究结果显示，在少数民族地区政策的执行情况还不是很到位，“全面二孩”政策加剧了不同人群生育意愿的分化，可能带来未来生育失衡的风险。为此本文提出了几点建议。28028

Evaluation of two child fertility policy in Ethnic Minority Areas——Take county magistrate Liang village in Enshi, Hubei, Jianshi as an example
Abstract: The survey data of field investigation in Hubei Prefecture of Enshi province Jianshi County Liang township of the fertility desires and fertility behavior based on the methods of literature research, questionnaire survey, comparative analysis, implementation in the ethnic minority areas and evaluate the effect of "two children" policy. Research results shows, the implementation of policies in minority areas is not in place. Comprehensive two child policy exacerbated the differentiation of fertility wishes of different populations, may bring the risk of future birth imbalance. In this paper, some suggestions are put forward.
