摘  要：本文以河南省农村青年人力资源基本情况为基础,以河南省农村青年人力资源教育开发、培训开发以及河南省农村人力资源市场的建设为主线分析河南省农村青年人力资源开发现状,通过研究发现,河南省农村青年人力资源开发中存在制度、经济、技术、社会与文化和劳动者个体等方面的问题。借鉴国际社会和我国人力资源开发经验,根据河南省的实际,提出针对河南省农村青年人力资源开发的对策和建议。目的为了加速推进河南省科教兴豫战略的实施,实现河南省农村青年人力资源的科学配置和持续开发,保证河南省人力资源的供给与经济社会快速发展相适应。28339

前言
据2014年河南省统计局统计公报，截止到2014年末河南省总人口10662万，常住人口9436万，其中农村人口7500万，占河南省总人口的70.3%。其中河南省农村青年人口（15—34岁，以国家统计局界定）约2765万人，占农村人口的39.5%。因此，河南省农村人力资源的有效开发对河南省经济快速发展能带来很大帮助,特别是河南省农村青年人力资源这一宝贵资源。河南省农村青年人力资源开发的程度和质量,影响着河南省农村经济的发展。而河南省农村人力资源文化程度较低、素质较差，开发缓慢的农村人力资源,供应不了与社会现代化和农村经济的快速发展。因此,河南省农村青年人力资源的开发，对河南省社会经济现代化的快速发展时期、河南省农民整体素质的提高、推进河南省“农民非农化”具有重要的现实意义。 河南省农村青年人力资源开发研究:http://www.youerw.com/guanli/lunwen_23135.html
