本文旨在对于南京理工大学的创新科技能力进行调研，调研主要从师资队伍建设、重点实验室及创新基地建设、国际交流及对外拓展、人才培养及学科建设和创新项目和实验园区建设入手。然后根据调研结果以及我校实际情况进行创新能力评价体系的构建，运用对比模型和标杆处法对于我校科技创新能力给出定位，运用层次分析法分析影响我校科技创新能力发展各因素的情况，运用德尔菲分析法和调查问卷的形式从专家、老师得到对于各因素效能的评估，从而对我校的科技创新能力进行评价。
最后，根据评价结果进行我校科技创新能力的SWOT分析，并结合我校的现状和实际情况给出发展的建议。5385

Title Research and Assessment of technical innovation ability in Nanjing University of Science and Technology
Abstract
We are in a great era of innovation,where politics and economy ,for any state,can't go without innovation that promotes the development of socialism with Chinese characters.
This article aims at investigating on the technical innovation ability,which is made up of five parts:the construction of teaching resource,Key labs and innovation bases,international communications and collaborations ,cultivation of talents,innovation projects.Then it constructs the system of our school's "innovation ability evaluating according to our school's certain circumstance, in which it uses, analyzation model and benchmarking to make a objective evaluating on our school's technical innovation; analysis each factor that impacts on our school and then uses AHP to see ever factor that has close connections with questionnair to most professionals and teachers.
At last ,according to the result we've got under the certain circumstance of our school,the article gives a SWOT analyzation and some advice on the direction of our school's going-ahead.
